Job Scope
- 40% Provide Technical and Desktop support for end-user environment.
- 60% assist Senior Engineer to Plan; design the Technology schematic and
create bill of materials.
- Pro-actively provide recommendation to Senior staff of any customers’ requirement for
technology improvement,
- Timely report to Senior the progress of all assigned projects.
- Take responsibility for the assigned project and shall have full accountability and visibility of
the entire installation process, field deployment and implementation till Project.
completion.
- Promptly update Project schedule and cost sheet.
Skills Preferred:
Technically competent in Windows operating systems, Endpoint Security, basic networking configuration.
Knowledge of Helpdesk systems.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable in managing end-users and explaining situations that may arise.
Able to perform simple planning of delivery and customer liason.
