The Office of Value-Driven Care strives to improve the value of healthcare delivered to patients across the SingHealth Cluster. We support the review, formulation and implementation of strategies that inculcate a Value-Conscious Culture in healthcare delivery. Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) / Value-based Healthcare (VBH) efforts by facilitating knowledge sharing and joint learning. We also ensure the alignment of VDC/VBH initiatives with productivity efforts, measurement and improvement strategies.

As a Senior / Manager, you will:

• Develop and monitor strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve alignment and implementation of the VDC/VBH initiative across SingHealth institutions.
• Oversee department resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Spearhead the organisation of events and resources to build VDC/VBH capability within SingHealth at the cluster level.

Your job responsibilities include:

We are seeking a Senior/Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of VDC/VBH strategies across SingHealth institutions. You will work closely with Institution Value Leads and key stakeholders to monitor progress in VDC/VBH implementation. Job Description

KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Clinical- Service

1. To provide direct patient care.

You will play a key role in supporting SingHealth’s efforts in Academic Medicine by managing the daily operations of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Department. You will play a crucial role in coordinating medical simulation education at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS). In this position, you will collaborate with various departments to integrate different types of medical simulation into existing healthcare curricula, develop new courses and educational initiatives, and evaluate all simulation-related sessions and programmes.

You will provide administrative support for workshops, daily operations, and logistics. Your responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting training and medical equipment, as well as programming, testing, and applying educational scenarios in collaboration with faculty. You will be expected to monitor medical aspects of training scenarios and adjust simulation equipment based on participants' actions.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team which provides daily specialist outpatient and inpatient care in the Department of Cardiology. You will participate in ward rounds and combined department or hospital teaching seminars, including clinico-pathological case conferences. You will also represent the Centre at Coroner’s request or medico-legal hearings involving patients under the care of the department. In addition, you will assist with the training and guidance of junior doctors such as Resident Physicians, Medical Officers, Residents and Senior Residents.
