Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, delivery scheduling, and monitor daily shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with departments such as Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless delivery planning.
- Facilitate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) while addressing RMA queries.
- Prepare cost analysis, respond to RFQs, and collaborate with Purchasing to align customer forecasts with inventory planning.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
