Summary of Job Description

Senior Application Specialist plays a crucial role in providing overall support to the Hospital Information System (HIS) and its integration with other clinical & business systems by providing in-depth technical skills to analyse, evaluate, propose and implement total solutions to achieve business objectives.

To collaborates closely with stakeholders (users, internal IT teams and management) to ensure workplaces operational effectiveness and efficiency.

In escalated situations, Senior Application Specialist handles user’s inquiries and concerns to maintain good relationships and strive for excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business users to gather, define and analyse requirements. Recommend and/or design technical solution for business requirements (including providing the necessary configuration setup), hands-on deployment and document the overall solution / workflow.

2. Work closely with vendors to test and validate their delivery as well as support business users in the User Acceptance Test.

3. Manage the end-to-end project implementation together with internal and external teams, i.e: Business Users, IT-PM, Infrastructure, Infor Security, Vendors.

4. Provide 24x7 production support and troubleshooting together with internal and external users and vendors when required.

5. Undertake ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

· Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent.

· Having 4 or more years of hands-on working experience in a system / application analyst or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

· A self-starter who is assertive, independent and can work on multiple concurrent projects.

· Able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and to prioritise multiple requests.

· A service-oriented team player with keen eye on details and able to communicate both verbally and in writing with various groups.

· Initiates discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues.

· Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management.

· Understanding of an EMR application and workflow will be an added advantage.

· Strong communication skills.

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decision.

· Self-driven individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Hands-on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) would be advantageous.

· Proficiency in data analytics would be preferred.

· Experience in Azure, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R and AI/ML, would be an added advantage.

Summary of Job Role

To manage and administer the organisation’s systems, Active Directory and Enterprise backup infrastructure to ensure high availability, security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. To install, configure, upgrade and administer Alcatel Lucent wired and wireless network switches, controllers and management modules.
2. To manage and administer Peplinks, Radware Network Load Balancers, HP Aruba ClearPass 802.1x authentications.
3. To perform network problem. issue identification and resolution, network devices firmware patching, bug fixes and upgrading.
4. To perform regular network performance monitoring to identify any possible performance issue and intrusions,
5. To perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware and IOS upgrades, inventory and configuration documentation and capacity planning.
6. Participate and perform annual BCP/ DR exercises, internal and external audits.
7. Managing Microsoft Azure network setup and configuration.
8. Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required.
9. To manage vendor relationship and ensure SLAs are met in accordance with the underpinning contracts.

Job Requirements

1. Advanced Diploma or University degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems or Network Engineering, and/or 2-5 years or more of equivalent work experience.
2. Advantage to possess the following certifications: CCNA/ CCNP.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in either Healthcare or Hospitality industry but not compulsory.
4. Minimum 2 years extensive hands-on experience in managing and administering Alcatel Lucent LAN (Layer-2 and Layer-3) and Wireless technologies.
5. Minimum 2 years extensive hands-on experience in managing and administering Cisco WAN (OSPF, BGP etc) technology.
6. Strong technical knowledge and experience administering and configuring HP Aruba ClearPass and Peplink appliances.
7. Strong experience and/or good knowledge in operation support for 24x7 data centre environment.
8. Good knowledge in Azure Cloud Direct Connect setup.
9. Good knowledge in Incident, Problem and Change Management framework such as ITIL.
10. Strong written, oral, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (via wireshark).
12. Highly self-motivated and directed.
13. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Summary of Job Role

Manage and run the company’s day to day IT cybersecurity operations and also support the IT cybersecurity’s compliance and governance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, run and troubleshoot the day to day operations of IT cybersecurity technology solutions (such as firewall, EPP, EDR, NDR, VMBR, SIEM, SWG, VPN, etc).
• Monitor, investigate, respond and remediate IT security alerts and incidents.
• Plan, manage and execute IT cybersecurity projects.
• Provide cybersecurity related input to infrastructure and application projects.
• Develop, manage and be part of the Information Security Incident Response team.
• Maintain a good understanding of relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks (such as CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, PDPA, etc).

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT related field (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, etc).
• With professional information security and network certification (CEH, Security+, CySA+, CCNA, etc) is an advantage.
• 2 years' of work experience in information security operations.
• Good communication, presentation and project management skill.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (such as CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PDPA, etc).
• Good understanding of IT cybersecurity technologies (such as firewall, secure web gateway, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, VPN, etc).
