Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyse and define detailed functional specification based on the functional and non-functional requirements document
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst and Business Unit to clarify with functional and non-functional requirement
• Work closely with architecture team to define project target state and specification
• Collaborate with business and IT to analyse, elicit and review business requirements
• Participate and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture reviews with architecture team

• Review interface design specifications created by development team
• Review test strategy and functional test cases created by testing team
• Support project and delivery team all throughout the project implementation
• Monitoring and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope creep

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines or equivalent experience
• 8 to 12 years of relevant Business Analysis experience related to Pre-Payments, Core-Payments processing and Post Payment processing, eg, Local, Interbank (G3, DuitNow, FPS, PromptPay, PayNow, BI Fast) &, Cross Border Payments (Swift, other payment providers like Bank of New York)
• Relevant experience in Banking / Finance / IT; good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Good knowledge in channel products for wholesale banking focusing user experience/journey, validation and processing will also be preferred
• Advantageous to have hands-on experience to configure Payment product/systems from vendors like FIS, etc
• Good Open API knowledge for design and delivery
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of CEW from pre-project to post go live support
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to team
• Partnering with business stakeholders, architects to understand business requirements and technical design
• Plan, manage, track delivery through a combination of agile tools and traditional planning tools where required to ensure overall delivery across all streams are sequenced and tracked
• Ensure risks are pro-actively managed and highlighted in right forums to seek support for resolution
• Deliver project in guidance and adherence to Bank’s software delivery, security, release management standard & guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Management

• Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.

• Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams, ensuring smooth production cutover and post-implementation support.

• Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues and facilitating smooth execution.

• Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.

Technical Delivery and Risk Management

• Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery, providing L3 support as needed.

• Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution.

• Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.

• Work with Security teams to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings.

• Partner with suppliers and testers to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results. Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight

• Partner with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.

• Provide systems input during the specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, highlevel delivery plan) based on impact assessments.

• Engage with suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFI processes, and ensuring timely, high quality product deliveries.

• Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects.

• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.

• More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.
