Job Description

• Lead the project team in managing hotel requests, including Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FFE) replacement and procurement, space planning, and interior design.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication within the team.
• Participate in quarterly hotel inspections and follow up on necessary actions.
• Maintain compliance with local authorities and certifications, including Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Provide technical support to the leasing team, including AutoCAD layout, technical coordination with external consultants, and contractors.
• Manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Project and design manage new development and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management team on various ad hoc projects such as GSTC implementation and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, or developer firms
