Job Position: Programme Executive / Coordinator (Contract)

Term: 2-year Contract

The Programme Executive / Coordinator is appointed by the Executive Committee (EXCO) of SAC to support the daily operations of the association, which includes but not limited to, administrative matters, programme matters and/or special activities of the SAC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages and/or coordinates events and activities led by the EXCO, Boards and/or Sub-Committees.
• Maintains a record of the events and activities including but not limited to, financial statements, event final reports, etc.
• Reviews existing programme management SOPs and implements changes where appropriate.
• Attends regular meetings and assists with preparation of meeting agenda and minute-taking.
• Supports the Secretariat Office on the daily operations to ensure continuity and standards of services.
• Undertakes any other responsibilities and duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Programme Executive – Diploma in Social Service / Community Services / Business Administration / related Diploma from a local institution

· Programme Coordinator – Minimum GCE A-Level

· Experience in project management, business development and/or relationship/stakeholder management

Job Summary:

This dynamic role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership potential. Duties and Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Program Executive works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.

• Document and produce CREST service planning documents and manuals, including set up requirements and processes.
• Conduct needs assessment to ascertain service needs and gaps for mental health in the community.
