Responsibilities

• Works with leaders on program proposals and design efforts related to program delivery of innovative leadership solutions that meet clients' needs
• Manage program development process from start to finish, ensuring that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
• Collaborate with external educators, the program team and other partners to deliver high-quality programs
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations
• Ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, preferably in business, education or a 2 years' experience working in a customer/client facing role

• Experience in professional education or learning and development, event coordination and learning management systems preferred
• Experience working with remote/virtual teams
• Experience managing digital learning programs preferred
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports. Project Management qualification desirable
• Demonstrated teamwork skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.

— SuccessFactors Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and configuration of ECP to meet stakeholder’s requirements
• Experience in the full process of fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, deployment planning, and strong project implementation of ECP
• Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Provides solution support during proposal development and planning
• Experienced in defining data, integration, and test strategy for ECP deployment
• Provides solution advise and leadership to the internal and client project team during an implementation. Acts as solution “subject matter expert” and advises on leading practices in ECP
• Monitors and advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigation strategies
• Managing client relationship with business process owners and client solution leads
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of ECP product-suite, including professional certifications
• Assist with coaching and developing junior consultants and growing the SAP Human Capital Management capability

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with SAP ECP implementations, including hands on design and configuration
• Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Implemented ECP solution for Singapore and China locations. Experience with ECP deployments in other Asia countries is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll is an advantage but not essential. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives
• Knowledge and experience of the SAP Activate (or equivalent) methodology for SuccessFactors Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
• Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
