Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to assist in overseeing civil and structural works for construction and A&A projects. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Support and Inspection Assistance: Assist in site supervision by conducting regular inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with design specifications and safety protocols.
• Defect Identification: Identify and document defects in construction work, supporting the oversight of rectification efforts to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Meetings and Reporting: Attend site/project meetings, providing updates on progress and discussing technical matters. Assist in preparing regular progress reports for management.
• Safety Compliance: Support the enforcement of safety regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment and ensuring that all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
• Quality Control Support: Help implement quality control measures to ensure that all works meet specified standards and project requirements.
• Additional duties as required by senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Registered RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with project management software and local building codes.

7. Research and decide on the company's technological development path, plan the company's products, and continuously enhance product competitiveness and market share.
8. Direct and review the overall technical program of the project, ensure project quality and progress, and promote team collaboration and innovation.
9. Technical exchanges with users, understand user needs and provide solutions, and establish good user relationships.
10. Follow up on potential or specific projects and users, coordinate cooperation matters, ensure smooth project progress, and achieve business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Rich experience in the intelligent driving or automotive technology industry, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with commercial vehicle remote driving and unmanned driving fields, with technical innovation and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively drive project progress.
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields.
• Good English communication skills, able to communicate with international teams.
