Role Highlights:

The candidate will be part of the Group Credit Policy & Governance (CPG) team which provides Line 2 Oversight on Personal Financial Services (PFS) Loans Portfolio. Reporting to the Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible to support in the development and maintenance of the Key Risks Monitoring Standards, ensure regional countries operating within Group PFS frameworks and Risk Appetite, and oversees portfolio quality for Regional Countries. Role Description:

· Responsible for tracking of consolidated RRA and RDF metrics and Credit KPIs across regional countries

· To support the portfolio review reporting and preparation for Quarterly Credit Review of Retail Portfolio with Senior Management of Group Retail Business and Group Credit Committee.

· To undertake ad hoc projects as part of Group CPG Collective Agenda

· To support standardization of MIS pack across the countries and enhance it over time as part of portfolio management and strategy.

· To involve in the development, review, implement and monitor the use of scorecards (including strategy), credit bureau usage & strategy and other risk management tools/systems to ensure that newly acquired customers are of acceptable quality.

Skills Set Requirements:

· At least 1-2 years of working experience in a retail banking role preferably in a credit risk policy, MIS and portfolio management capacity.

· Degree holder with background in Mathematics, Statistics, Business and Finance preferred.

· Familiar with portfolio monitoring and segmentation strategy, exposure to Basel Capital Rules, credit scorecards and analytics techniques

Job Objectives

The Risk Management Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting the bank’s Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure the process compliance to Group policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
