PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Technical Support Engineer will provide expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for power generation and water treatment systems. This role involves collaborating with operations and maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment by addressing technical issues promptly, and providing solutions to enhance system performance.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical support with domain expertise (MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL / CONTROLS / PROCESS) to existing Plant O&M team to resolve issues that arise in the plant requiring expertise beyond the plant level and liaising with the OEMs / Vendors for problem solving.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis teams to support investigations and reviews into plant incidents (MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL / CONTROLS / PROCESS) and create the solutions, contingency plans, interim containment actions and permanent resolution of the cause across the entire utility fleet including training requirements, engineering design reviews, sharing of best practices and lessons learnt. • Min. Degree in Media, Business, Computer Science or Engineering
• Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in project management roles and preferably with experience in the media industry as well as managing digital media projects e.g. social media, immersive media, AI.
• Advance proficiency in Powerpoint and have good communication (writing and presentation) skills.
• Understanding and interest in coding, prompt engineering.
• Good communication skills (writing and presentation) including ability to explain complex concepts.

About the team

Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of data products related to manpower and management, providing the company with data-related products, and supporting management decisions through data insights;

2. Responsible for the implementation of data products, including data warehouse model design, data portal, data visualization, data permissions, operational systems and so on;

3. Coordinate and promote collaboration between the Product & Technology teams and other team resources to ensure the successful implementation of data product solutions and progress of the project.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related majors;

2. Strong cross-functional team communication and collaboration skills.
