We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager within the Semiconductor space to join us. we are seeking a dynamic individual to take responsibility for their development projects, managing internal and external stakeholders and providing data on project progress to senior management. As the Project Manager, you'll spearhead cutting-edge projects in semiconductor development.
Job description
Responsibility:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timeline, budget estimates, and risk management strategies.
• Set realistic deadlines and milestones and adjust project scope or resources as needed to meet objectives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the execution of engineering projects.
• Monitor and manage project activities to ensure that timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure proper communication between all team members and stakeholders, resolving conflicts and managing expectations.
• Assign tasks to engineering and technical teams and ensure resources are optimized for efficiency.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and update risk management plans as necessary
• Oversee project quality standards and ensure that engineering best practices and regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct regular project reviews and ensure that design and technical documentation is accurate.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project status, issues, and progress.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years Project Management working experience
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on semiconductor engineering fields or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor engineering.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
• Proven experience in creating CAD/CAM/CAE specifications and drawings for semiconductor components and packaging.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites or client meetings.
