We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about utilizing data science methodologies to derive insights from digital device sensor data coming from clinical studies and contribute to the development and implementation of algorithms in this area. • Carry out full time supervision for construction of structural works in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations
• Check that requirements of specifications in regards to materials and workmanship are complied with the project specifications by the Builders. Ensure high quality control for all civil and structural as well as architectural works to be carried . This includes sample tests for materials and workmanship etc

• Constantly assess the impact of the ground investigation works on site and liaise with the Contractor to mitigate any risks to dam safety when deemed necessary
• Coordinate with local authorities as and when necessary
• Shift work - Day and/or Night

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the quality and timely completion of QP(S) supervision works.
• As part of the site supervision team i.e. RTO, in compliance to (i) BCA Regulatory & Control Act & (ii) in accordance to LTA Terms of Reference & contract requirements.
• Liaise positively with client, consultants & authorities for the benefit of the company.
• Promote and safeguard the reputation & positive image of the company.
• To follow-up ISO Procedures
• Accredited with IES, min. 2+ years supervision experiences including experience in piling works, prestressing, highways bridge, elevated viaduct, MRT station, road works, deep excavation & tunneling works.
• Candidates with relevant LTA experiences are recommended to apply.

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.
