We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist in software/application vendor business. Able to work independently in rendering remote or on-site support for our digital product. You will assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure they are getting the most out of the software/application platform to meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting: Help customers resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Platform Knowledge: Understand our digital software application and provide tailored support based on client operations.
- Documentation: Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
- Product Training: Guide customers in using platform features and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to provide feedback and improve customer experience.
- Escalations: Escalate complex issues to senior teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in technical support or IT support. Provide 1st level remote helpdesk support.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with deployment of digital inspection tools or digital operations work platform is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Customer Focus: Positive attitude and a desire to help customers.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting.
