Job Responsibilities

1. Supervises all technical aspects / performance of assigned vessels' operation including maintenance, repair, safety and environmental protection to ensure that these are carried out in a flawless, efficient, competitive and customer focused operation and according to the international and flag state legislation and to initiate corrective actions when such performance is not compliant with the Company's standards. The Office of Value-Driven Care strives to improve the value of healthcare delivered to patients across the SingHealth Cluster. We support the review, formulation and implementation of strategies that inculcate a Value-Conscious Culture in healthcare delivery. Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) / Value-based Healthcare (VBH) efforts by facilitating knowledge sharing and joint learning. We also ensure the alignment of VDC/VBH initiatives with productivity efforts, measurement and improvement strategies.

As a Senior / Manager, you will:

• Develop and monitor strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve alignment and implementation of the VDC/VBH initiative across SingHealth institutions.
• Oversee department resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Spearhead the organisation of events and resources to build VDC/VBH capability within SingHealth at the cluster level.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing team.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between the SingHealth VDC/VBH effort coordinated by the Office of VDC, and the National VDC effort or related workstreams coordinated by MOH.
• Support the Director and Group Director in strategic planning reviews by providing monthly performance reports and data-driven insights to senior management and relevant platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in biomedical or health sciences with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, including statistical tools and benchmarking. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management practices is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage

Job Description:

External Ecosystem Relationship Liaison

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external AI ecosystem participants in Singapore as well in key external markets leveraging the Prudential Group connections and resources.
• Help to support in Identifying and engaging with relevant startups, higher education institutions, regulators, research institutes, and government agencies
• Facilitate communication between the AI Lab and external partners.
• Track and manage partnership agreements and MOUs with external entities

Internal Engagement and Problem Sourcing

• Actively communicate with Prudential's LBUs to source problem statements and ideas for the AI product incubation process
• Schedule and support leads in regular engagements e.g. workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with LBU teams to identify potential AI solutions.
• Coordinate with key internal stakeholders e.g. Prudential comms, to promote and manage the relationships and support AI Lab success
• Promote the AI Lab's capabilities and success stories internally to drive engagement and participation.

External Ecosystem Participation

• Support external ecosystem participation in the AI Lab's innovation cohorts, and associated events
• Coordinate with external experts to serve as advisors, speakers, or mentors for AI Lab initiatives
• Facilitate the onboarding and integration of external teams participating in the AI Lab's programs
• Manage the flow of information and external participants

Engagement and Communication Support

• Support the AI Lab's overall engagement and communication efforts
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, case studies, and thought leadership content
• Promote the relevant AI Lab at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote its work and capabilities
• Collaborate with Prudential's marketing and communications teams to align messaging and branding

Team Management

• Collaborate with the partners on engagement, marketing and comms activities

Reporting and Collaboration

• Report directly to the AI Lab Program Head, providing regular updates
• Collaborate closely with the AI Lab's technical and program management teams to align with AI Lab’s overall objectives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the AI Lab's strategic roadmap

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in partnership management, business development, or ecosystem engagement
• Network within the AI and innovation ecosystem, including startups, academia, and government agencies

We are looking for a Data Engineer within the DnA team in our Singapore office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities:

• Apply data mining, data modelling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyse information from large structured and unstructured datasets
• Develop and implement techniques and analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful
  information using dataoriented programming languages and visualisation software.
• Visualise, interpret, and report data findings and may create dynamic data reports as well
• Design, develop, and maintain the organization's data architecture, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to efficiently move data from various sources to the data
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to identify and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in ETL, Data Engineering, Scripting.
• Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches)
• Experience in a delivery role on Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data or analytics projects
• Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills and stakeholder management experiences
• Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing/platform, and data strategy projects

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in any of these faculties: Computer Science/Information Technology/Programming & Systems Analysis/Science (Computer Studies)
• Minimum total 3 years work experience in at least 1 of these job titles: (1) Chief Data Scientist (2) Data Engineer (3) Data Scientist (4) Head of Data Analytics
• At least 10 years of experience in a relevant industry or consulting role. Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 is highly advantageous
• Experience in development and maintenance of Data processing pipelines
• Experience developing machine learning workflows
• Work closely with business analysts to create data components
• Application packaging and deployment experience across DEV to PROD environments
• Experienced in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders
• Prior experience of leading team for projects and pursuits
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional local language skills are considered an asset)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Dashboarding experience with Tableau / Power BI
• Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients
