• Manage and supervise the consistency, effective and efficient rollout of programs across different branches.
• Ensure programs meet established standards and effectively engage clients (ie. Elderly).
• Collaborate closely with the branch staff to create and implement plans and executions.
• Monitor, assess program performance, and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate communication among staff, participants, and stakeholders, managing program budgets and resources.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in program coordination, preferably in social services or healthcare.
• Have expertise knowledge of program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Mulitple working location
• Office Hour Mon to Fri
