In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and implementing data strategies, policies, and workflows to enable efficient and compliant data management across the organization.

The Challenges :

• Support the development and implementation of the organization’s Data Strategy to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Develop, review, and align data policies with national guidelines and organizational standards.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of data request platforms, ensuring compliance with data access, sharing, and security protocols.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders for data requests and collaborative analytics initiatives.
• Establish and implement workflows for managing data assets across their life cycle, including acquisition, access, distribution, and disposal.
• Enhance staff literacy and competency in safe and effective data exploitation through collaboration with relevant departments.
• Provide secretariat support for data and digital transformation committees, fostering a community of practice for knowledge sharing.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts related to data management, sharing, and governance.

What it takes:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in business data management, governance, or data strategy development.
• Experience in compliance reviews, data management systems, or data analytics is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, policies, and technological advancements in the field.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements for data usage and sharing is a bonus.
