A. Main Functions
1. Design furniture to meet client’s request.
2. Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvement to existing products.
3. Design layout plan on space given for the installation of furniture to meet client’s request.
4. Provide technical support to Sales & Operations teams in executing projects.
5. Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems in products and initiate corrective actions to rectify problems.
6. Develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
7. Assess the impact of deviation on product quality.
8. Implement best practices in developing technical solutions.
B. Other Functions
1. Keep track of project schedule and products delivery schedule.
2. Provide support to Operations Team to load and store goods delivered by suppliers.
3. Provide support to Operations Team to deliver products to customers.
4. Assist Sales Managers to carry tasks that will help to resolve issue relating to products delivered to customers.
5. Attend site briefing and visit with Sales Managers when necessary.
6. Keep track of inventory record and setup product bundles in Quickbooks Application System.
