The Opportunity

• Cloud security principles, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance requirements;
• Cloud platform monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure the performance and reliability of cloud resources;
• Infrastructure provisioning and management tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Working knowledge of DevOps methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automation tools;
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes;
• Cloud-based storage solutions, databases, and data analytics platforms.
• Proficient in performing Linux server cluster administration;
• Scripting languages, including Python and Bash, with the ability to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency;
• ServiceNow CMDB administration.
• Working knowledge of ISO27001 information security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices for Cloud governance.
• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with confidence in delivering frontline support and expertise across diverse academic disciplines and areas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.
• Good interpersonal and customer servicing skills.
