We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Active Aging Centre @ Marsiling. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Title: Assistant System Analyst

Location: Tuas

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Basic Salary: up to $4000

Working Hours: 7.50 am-4.55 pm

Responsibilities

• Liaising with end-users, business partners, and software vendors to define user requirements and system design specifications.
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new software to support business requirements.
• Providing application support and change management for an existing application.
• Participate in innovation and implementation of emerging technologies in the various application platforms.
• Reviewing software design architecture and updating technical documents.
• Server/database administration and maintenance.

Requirements

• Familiar with Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Capable of learning new IT application technology
• Good analytical skill and programming skills
• Experience with the Syteline ERP system is an added point
