We are looking for a Head of Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”) to join our team!
The Head of Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”) serves as an integral part of defining and implementing strategy based on the global direction of the organization, of the FSSC team. He /she is also responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of deliverables emanating from FSSC, and to provide support and guidance to the team.

Core Functions/Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of FSSC, which includes the functions AP, GL, AR, Credit, Income Audit and Cost Control.
- Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines to Hotels and to HQ.
- Provides meaningful analysis to Hotels’ financials to aid Management decision making process.
- Drives the implementation of compliance framework within FSSC to ensure adherence to the Group’s standards, including coordinating with key stakeholders outside of FSSC to achieve this.
- Drives implementation of the Group’s IT and systems roadmap involving FSSC
- Continuously structure, standardise and optimise financial processes and controls in FSSC, with the ability to sync automation into day-to-day work.
- Improving on SOPs for easy guidance and implementation
- Excellent business partner to key stakeholders such as Hotel Finance, Hotel, Regional and HQ Management.
Ideal candidates are experienced finance leaders with a proven track record of leadership in a shared services management, with a strong sense of accountability and able to work independently. Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry / a shared service environment are favored.
