Job Description
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support of our product and services to our internal team, distributors and business partners
- Liaise with OEMs on technical issues and raise Technical Reports, Recall Bulletin and/or Technical instructions to address technical issues on our product
- Monitor the reliability of our product and propose improvement accordingly
- Assist and provide technical inputs/support in our R&D development in establishing a quality product
- Provide support in the development of technical training requirements and materials for our team and business partners
- Assist in the conduct of Quality Control check in production line to improve our product’s quality standard
- Support our team in annual audits and achieved recertification for ISO9001:2015
- Manage all warranty claims with suppliers and ensure they are processed timely
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
- Experience in automotive industry or commercial vehicles will have an added advantage
- Knowledge of troubleshooting vehicles defects and/or usage of diagnostic tools
- Possess strong analytical skills with good attitude and self motivated
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS excel, ppt, word
