Introduction

As a Digital Manufacturing Analyst, you will support in the definition and alignment of digital aspirations among Fab leadership. In this role you will support in the collaboration, consolidation, refinement, and refreshment of Butterfly portfolio of use cases (source: bottom-up, outside in). You will report to the Digital Strategy Snr Manager and develop the strategies in setting up the approaches (ideation, prioritization, PoC, Scale-up readiness, Scaling and sustain) and operationalize.

Your Job:

• Translate high-level strategic goals and objectives into actionable use cases for digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational deliverables through implementation of Digital manufacturing projects.
• Work with technology partnership group, Fab engineers, data scientists, and specialists to understand and translate technical concepts into potential use cases across the Fabs.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and return on investment (ROI) analysis to evaluate potential investments in digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Conduct technological research and analysis to get updated on the emerging technologies and market trends for potential use cases.
• Support in the strategic analysis to develop, refine, and refresh Butterfly portfolio of use cases.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other material to communicate findings and recommendations to Strategy Manager, Fab Leadership, and stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide support to the Strategy Manager in evaluating potential uses cases in the digital manufacturing space.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Around 5 years of experience in Data Analysis with a focus on digital manufacturing applications.
• Strong understanding of digital manufacturing technologies including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Automations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholders’ management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, engineering principles related to AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Automations.

Introduction:

As a Data Scientist, you will be reporting to Lead Data Scientist and support in a pivotal role within the Data Science team and assist in the provision analytics technical requirements. You will support your manager to initiate the best-practices in analytics use case development/deployment/ scaling/maintaining the data science projects. You will assist your Lead Data Scientist in fostering partnership with Artificial Intelligence (AI) vendors/start-ups. You will support the Lead Data Scientist in developing and deploying machine learning or other statistical models to address the most complex and operational challenges. You will support in building scalable data products that will drive value and collaborate with all stakeholders across GlobalFoundries.

Your Job:

· Work closely with Lead Data Scientists and business customers to translate their needs into predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.

· Collaborate closely with GFIT, Manufacturing Data Domain group to support Lead Data Scientist in building the required data pipelines for productionalized and scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.

· Support Lead Data Scientist to conduct exploratory data analysis and create compelling visualization using complex and high-dimensional datasets.

· Help Lead Data Scientist to identify suitable machine learning or statistical approaches on type of problem and train models for optimal performance, including hyperparameter tuning.

· Contribute to deploy models into production with assistance from Product Engineers.

· Help Lead Data Scientist to validate and monitor models to ensure consistent performance and avoid performance degradation.

· Support Lead Data Scientist during technical and analytics capability building within the analytics teams to stay current on best practices and new model techniques.

· Communicate value of analytics to Fab leadership and business partners and increase the awareness of analytics Fabs.

· Facilitate generating and maximizing value from analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications:

· A minimum of 4 Years of experience in analytics space with proven track record of innovation as a forerunner.

As a Cloud Solution Architect, it is essential to be able to make the conversion of business requirements into architecture and a design that will become the blueprint for the Cloud Solution being created.
This conversion is based largely upon the standard design patterns from Cloud Products and Services that he/she has been involved in, within the past through reading and staying abreast of the latest techniques, or through personal experience.
The blueprint is part of pre-sales activities to define a quotation and serves as the basis for the deployment.
