We are looking for Document Controller / Data entry Specialist to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Manage special requests for data collection, completion, and verification.
• Track and manage workload to ensure all necessary process data is located and entered, utilizing existing tools to examine and monitor this data.
• Validate new or modified GDM objects and assist GDM administrators in ensuring compliance with validation procedures.
• Support the administration of both new and legacy data collection systems.
• Interact with data consumers and analytics to create efficiencies and build user confidence in the system.
• Resolve analytics-related data entry issues with users.
• Adhere to all training and policy guidelines set by the facility.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Science or equivalent
• Has pior experience in GMP document control roles in a science / medical industry is a plus.
• Meticulous and able to handle administrative matters

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
