Requirements:
- A course leading to a Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in a construction and construction-related fields
- At least 5 years (in aggregate) of practical experience in the execution of construction projects (whether in Singapore or elsewhere) after attaining the corresponding qualification
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Technical Controller will oversee the execution and performance of any building works undertaken by the builder.
- The TC appointed must possess a civil or structural engineering degree from a recognised institution and have the right qualifications and experience.
- Resident Engineers must meet the acceptable qualifications set by BCA.
- Semi -Retiree/ Retiree may also apply to this job if applicants have done similar role in the past.
