Overall Responsibilities
- Handling and Managing Customer accounts + Planning Delivery Scheduling.
- Replying to customers’ inquiries.
- Daily monitoring of shipment schedule to customers.
- Follow up on the production following up on shipment status to customer.
- Liaising with various departments on the delivery plan, i.e. Purchasing, Production, Quality, and logistics.
- Working with purchasing on customer forecast demand.
- To handle ECO / ECN and facilitate the changes.
- Handling RMAs queries
- Costing & RFQs to customers.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant degrees.
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- At least 2-5 years of related experience in a Customer Service related field.
- Meticulous in managing customers’ pricing/quotations so as to achieve maximum business profits for the company
- Ability to think out-of-the-box and address customers’ queries with win-win solutions between internal and external departments.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities under extremely tight deadlines
