Required Skills:

Desired Skills:

• Experience with BMC Remedy/ and or Service Now ticketing system.
• Confluence/SharePoint/Wiki or other documentation repository tools
• Basic Knowledge of LB/Firewall/IPS/Threat Prevention
• Attention to detail, confident enough to raise questions and escalate when necessary.
• Understanding of the principles of network routing/switching
• Basic knowledge Unix/Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible,
• API calls (to ticketing systems and network devices), and frontend web development.
• Experience of working within Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking)
• ITIL Foundation would be a plus

Job Description

1. Prepares tables for meals including set up of items.
2. Take orders and serve food in the self-service counter and in the table if needed.
3. Familiarise with restaurant’s menu and be able to explain it to the customers who are unfamiliar with the Filipino Cuisine.
4. Utilise the POS system to increase the sales, print checks, close checks and complete cash out procedure.
5. Ensure that work station is stocked with appropriate condiments at all time.
6. Ensure adherence to safety,sanitation and hygiene policies.
7. To perform other related duties as required by Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year experience in relevant position.
2. A certificate on Food Hygiene is an advantage.
3. Able to converse in English.
4. Respectful and able to foster teamwork.
5. With good guest service skills.
