- Supervise and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, report defects or non-conformances, and coordinate with the Qualified Person (QP) and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide onsite supervision and maintain accurate site records, ensuring all works align with approved plans.
- Oversee safety, environmental, and health matters, ensuring contractors follow relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the QP and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Assist in reviewing contractor's drawings, method statements, and procedures for proper execution on-site.
- Supervise the installation and monitoring of instrumentation, ensuring compliance with approved plans and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 1 year as an RTO.
- Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
- Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
- Possess good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
