Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team to grow the business and ensure maximum operational efficiencies & effectiveness. Provide strategic advice to the management team and adopting best practices for Corporate department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & grow the overall portfolio to meet the department's targets – New & Renewal Business
• Oversees and manages the daily operations and business activities of the Corporate Solutions Department
• Ensure Teamwork and align roles & responsibilities for maximum effectiveness.
• New Business development strategies
• Ensure excellent retention rate on existing portfolio.
• Develop Cross Sell strategies with other Business Units & Existing Clients
• Ensure prompt premium collection for new business.
• Managing escalations from the team and work closely with the General Manager for the overall succession planning of all team members.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration or related fields of study
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience including team management
• Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certifications

We are seeking an experienced reinsurance professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience (especially in Treaty) who can (1) support the executive team in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, (2) responsible for financial oversight - ensuring business revenue and costs are appropriately budgeted and forecasted, (3) ensure Group guidelines and local regulations are complied with (4) manage escalated and solve operational challenges across the region (5) provide leadership to a lean team of Operations professionals.
