Responsibilites:
To assist the Architectural Associate in his/her duties.
Prepare planning applications and other regulatory application procedur..
Responsibilites:
- To assist the Architectural Associate in his/her duties.
- Prepare planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
- Prepare design proposals using CAD and other drawing methods;
- Assist in detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
- Prepare/update tender documentation and construction drawings;
- Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain statutory approval;
- Assist to co-ordinate and prepare drawings for compliance submission to authorities
- Attend site visits and record minutes/discussions.
- Assist in co-ordinating site issues.
- Produce and analyse detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in local authorities' regulations, guidelines and requirements
- Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-up
- Knowledge in 3D Autocad, Revit and BIM
- Design experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential projects preferred
- Registered QP under BOA is an advantage
