JOB OVERVIEW

The Regional Head of Operations – APAC (Health ) determines the long-term strategic goals for Operations in the APAC region for Health. The incumbent shall ensure business growth through directing and managing flow of operational activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organization’s strategy.

This role has responsibility to plan and direct the operational performance, in conjunction with the functional Heads of, for all departments administering Health in the region. You will play a key role in supporting SingHealth’s efforts in Academic Medicine by managing the daily operations of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Department. This includes co-ordination with tissue banks, performing the preservation and storage of cadavers, planning of the disposal or cremation of used specimens.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lab, assist in planning and booking of facilities, managing and providing both logistical and technical support for clinical skills workshops. You will also play a crucial role in client relationship management by being involved in implementing new initiatives with industry and academic partners.
