As the Manager of Software Implementation & Vessel Performance, your pivotal role within the technical department revolves around ensuring the successful implementation of new Ship Management Software across all ships and shore offices. • Follow up closely on defined KPIs and ensure issues discovered (such as risks of changes, schedule, anomalies, etc) are addressed promptly according to different project phases.
• Perform periodic reporting to internal senior management and customer according to Thales methodology (Chorus) and common methods such as SAFe/SCRUM.
• Ensure the implementation of multi-project synergies and lessons learnt, in order to optimize cost of technical solutions.
• Manage engineering risks & opportunities during bids and project phase, guarantees programme commitments, including those flown down to subcontractors and partners.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in computer science, information technology, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline.
