Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for supporting the daily operations of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO, WSUS and Endpoint Protection.
• Manage windows server configuration changes, backup, security updates & patches, and high availability.
• Develop automated process and system deployment scripts to reduce redundant and manual day-to-day activities.
• Analyse existing infrastructure usage, research for emerging cloud technologies for potential migration and adoption these solutions.
• Coordinate with management for support escalation, updates, enhancements, and new initiatives rollout.
• Responsible for managing security access to all systems within the domain.
• Provides recommendation to improve local Information Security postures to align with Group IT policies and compliance to local regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic system monitoring for security vulnerabilities, system access & change logs, privileged users access, and inactive users housekeeping.
• Monitor (and respond to) all system alerts and provide technical support in terms of troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, cloud, and other inter-related system problems.
• As required, escalate and follow up with vendors to rectify the issue for any hardware and software related issue.
• Provide support to IT helpdesk team and end-users when required.

ERP Key Responsibilities :

• ERP System Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the ERP Software Coordinate with Synergix Helpdesk for troubleshooting and system upgrades
• 2 User Support :Provide support to KH Staffs for ERP-related issues, Account creation / suspension, Conduct training for new users
• 3 Data Management :Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data within ERP system, Monitor data entry processes and provide guidance to users
• 4 Reporting: Understand the data needed by each department and advise on the appropriate reports to generate and how to interpret the data, Analyze data trends and suggest improvements
• 5 Project Coordination: Led ERP implementation projects and enhancemnets

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in Windows Server administration or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, GPO, and networking technologies is a must.
• A hands-on engineer who is experienced in coordinating infrastructure project, rolling out new initiatives and enhancing security, and automating repetitive administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as O365, MS Office, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. An active listener who is patience, able to work well with others, motivate, and mediate conflicts.

IT Planning & Finance: The successful applicant will be part of the team in Technology Business Management (TBM) Unit.

The applicant is responsible for supporting the effective planning, reporting, and financial oversight of the Technology

Group (TG) projects and initiatives. This role focuses on driving governance processes, ensuring alignment between strategic

IT plans, and maintaining robust financial management practices. The individual will work closely with internal teams to

execute financial reporting, project planning, and budgeting activities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Planning & Governance

• Project Pipeline and Portfolio Management: Support the development and reporting of the TG project pipeline, including tracking and analysing project performance and key deliverables.

• Business-As-Usual (BAU) Reporting: Assist in preparing BAU performance reports for ongoing TG initiatives and align with overall strategic goals.

• Manpower Planning: Contribute to TG manpower planning processes, ensuring adequate staffing for IT projects and initiatives based on current and future needs.

• Vendor and WOG Engagement: Assist in facilitating engagement between TG and external vendors, as well as Whole-of-Government (WOG) entities, to ensure collaboration and alignment with key initiatives.

System Administrator – IT Infrastructure Support

PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the system and network administration for all IT systems thus providing a reliable platform and foundation for all IT business applications. Responsibilities include efficient and effective performance of all computer hardware, operating systems, cabling, networks and communication and IT infrastructure.

JOB FUNCTION

1. Responsible for Level 1 & 2 IT Infrastructure support, and all aspects of desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals which includes implementation, patching, installation and configuration.
2. Administering, maintaining, and managing the computer systems - Operating Systems and Communication Systems.
3. Maintains documentation regarding security and service records relating to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
4. Document, track, and monitor issues in a ServiceNow helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
5. Support and maintain end users account information including rights, security and systems groups.
6. Responsible in managing the data integrity, maintenance and ensure daily data is successfully backup and restore when and there needed.
7. Manage and update all IT assets records periodically.
8. Maintaining and supporting hardware, software and operating systems which in line with the goals and standards of the corporation and IT department policies. This includes installing and upgrading OS of PC hardware and software.
9. Conduct periodic maintenance, audit and compliance for desktop PCs and notebook.
10. Providing support for all office automation products, off-the-shelf application packages, users computing functions and email messaging.
11. Facilitate and liaison with all outsourced vendors for all application remote support and Move-Add-Change requests.
12. Ensuring computer and information security by implementing relevant procedures and standards.
13. Periodic update all Desktop PCs and notebooks to latest security patches and firmware. Conduct regular or quarterly end users’ computer audit and preventive maintenance.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A diploma or degree holder preferably in Computer studies, Networking or Communications with at least 3 years working experience in the IT industry. Should be a team player and a reliable, responsible and diligent person that possesses initiative.

• Min. 3 years hand-on experience in administrating Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange, MS Azure and other system related equipment.
• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment’s, Global Protect VPN and Aruba wireless devices.
• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in managing and configuration of COMMVAULT, Solarwinds, Microsoft Defender, Azure Intune, Endpoint, Microsoft Authenticator, OKTA, OneDrive etc.
• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in Virtualization Technology, VMware, Citrix and SharePoint.
• Preferably holder of MCSA or MSCE, and/with CCNA, and other Management, Service desk skills.
