Job Objective/s

To be able to develop and maintain engineering and production software platforms. Capable of using C#, MySQL, Google App Script, Javascript, Python languages for developments & modifications. Good understanding of the manufacturing workflow environment type of software requirements. Design and build structured database, Data Visualization, data warehouse, data pollings and AI algorithms fitting our use

Duties and Responsibilities

- Development, administration and maintenance of developed software applications such as DMES, G-suite based applications, and engineering tools like for yield analysis softwares and other softwares
- Develop customized solution of MES system for ATP production; extension of MES system from Fab.

- Analyse Data and create Data Visualization using TIBCO software or related software or dashboards
- Lead cross functional team meetings for software solutions and improvements.

- Develop and maintain software programs that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Write, review user requirements, documentation, test plans and deployment of developed software.
- Prepare User’s Manual and Troubleshooting guide
- Qualify User Acceptance Tests (UAT) of developed softwares and modification before to release

- To follow project management approach for software development & progression

- Capable to do systems integration software

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience

Minimum 5 years’ working experience with software development.

Specific Knowledge / Skills

• Ability to develop engineering software using industry standard coding languages such as C#, Python, MySQL Query.
• Knowledge and experience on WPF, Google App Script, MongoDB and JavaScript will be added advantage.

As Head of Information Technology, you will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT systems and infrastructure within the organization. You will develop the IT strategy in-line with onednata Group’s overall IT strategy keeping in mind future growth and technology innovation of the group.

You will manage the overall relationships with business stakeholders, establishing an effective and consistent IT customer experience through identifying business needs and leading improvements and customer focus across all of IT. You will also ensure delivery of all IT solutions, projects and services to the assigned business units in a timely and cost-effective manner.

In This Role, You Will

• Establish an appropriate and cost-effective IT strategy over a 3-5-year timeframe to support the business strategy. Integrate IT strategy to the assigned business units to ensure full exploitation and alignment for the best interest of the Group.
• Be single point of accountability for all IT related matters to the assigned business units. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior business managers through regular direct contact. Represent IT in the senior management team of the assigned business units. Influence senior business managers on strategic business IT investment decisions to meet their business needs within a Group perspective.
• Promote close collaboration and integration within the IT department. Drive a culture of customer intimacy through a business orientation framework and provide input in areas of partner and supplier management, risk management, service management, software engineering and operations, IT strategy and architecture.
• Ensure delivery of the IT work programme for business units, ensuring that the projects are approved and initiated as planned and delivered within agreed cost and timescales, in accordance with IT standards and industry best practice, to meet and ideally exceed customer satisfaction.
• Drive and deliver the annual work programme and financial management of the IT budgets for the business area, ensuring it aligns with, and supports business strategy, based on customer needs. Negotiate and agree the annual work programme with senior business stakeholders, ensuring it remains in line with the overall IT Strategy and guidelines from Portfolio Management.
• Ensuring safety and security in station operations as fundamental operational priorities.
• Maintain a broad and up-to-date understanding of the business and related systems. Identify business performance focus areas to Business Solutions Design to ensure the business is supported in creating and sustaining a competitive advantage and IT becomes a proactive and innovative enabler.
• Works with Service Management and Supplier/Partner management for optimisation of supplier relationship to support the business IT strategy, to deliver the services and products required and for financial planning of the business IT budget relating to Suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering and related qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience of which previous experience is at a senior level in IT, ideally within a customer delivery environment.
• Experience in leading delivery of business IT solutions, ideally in the travel & transportation industry is of advantage. Major account experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit.
• Proficient in Business/IS Strategy and planning, technical strategy and planning, service delivery, business change and relationship management.
