About the Role
The Program Management Officer will play a crucial role in providing operational support for our division and various projects. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage Resource CVs, JDs, Skill Matrix, assignment and forecast.
· Manage Division’s SharePoint and asset inventory.
· Develop and maintain Operation and Project Templates and processes.
· Prepare Monthly Timesheets, P&L and Utilisation Reports.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting slides and compile notes.
· Provide admin support and QA to Pre-sales and Projects.
· Offer miscellaneous administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
· A Diploma or Degree.
· 2-3 years of experience in Project Management Office or related roles.
· Comfortable with calculating costing, revenue, and P&L numbers.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and word.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
· Strong time management and prioritization skills.
· Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
· Proactive nature with a sense of initiative.
