Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience. (Good STO profile but lacking experience will be considered for TO)
• For Senior TO: knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical security systems (CCTV, access control system, intrusion detection system)
• Able to do standby duty, be activated to fault calls/maintenance schedule outside of office hours (paid)
• Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage. Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
