Responsibilities:

Cloud Services Support:

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS and Azure environments, including troubleshooting cloud services, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to cloud performance, connectivity, and security.

Operating Systems Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Linux and Windows servers, including performance tuning, system updates, and patch management.
• Manage and support system configurations and patching, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Active Directory and Related Services:

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) issues, including user account management, group policies, domain controllers, and authentication services.
• Support related directory services such as DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.

Incident Management:

Experience:

As the RFFE Module design team leader, the candidate plays key design role in development and commercialization of MEMS Based RF-FE module for consumer electronics from new concept design, verification to mass production.
