Requirements:

1. Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree or Ph.D. is highly desirable.
2. At least 8 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a closely related field.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading the development and deployment of innovative technologies, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy solutions (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.)
4. Proven track record of successfully managing R&D initiatives and guiding technologies from concept to commercialization.
5. Strong strategic acumen with the ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology strategies to leverage market opportunities.
6. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing technical teams.
7. Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving business results through technology.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
9. Experience in an international or multicultural environment with a focus on renewable energy markets.
10. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements related to renewable energy technologies.
11. A strong network of industry contacts and established relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
12. Bilingual proficiency in English and Business Mandarin is required to effectively manage Chinese-speaking senior stakeholders, as well as technical and engineering teams based in China.
13. Frequent business travel to China is required for attending technological conferences, engaging in knowledge exchanges, reporting to senior management, and conducting meetings with prospective investors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the power plant, including startup, shutdown, and load management.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.
• Diagnose and address plant process issues.
• Record plant operating data and report abnormalities.
• Implement safety procedures, comply with regulations, and manage waste disposal.
• Contribute to implementing modern O&M practices and utilizing the CMMS effectively.
• Participate in training programs and assist in training others.

Requirements:

• Higher National Diploma or Certificate in a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in operating Combined Cycle Power Plants, with a focus on DCS operations.

• Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and functional specifications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Review and analyze requirements and specifications to identify potential issues and testing needs.
• Develop detailed test plans and create, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Software Quality Assurance (QA) experience in both automated and manual testing.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes.
