The Role Responsibilities

Global Implementation is responsible for the delivery of the Bank’s Transaction Banking (TB) product and services to clients within the agreed contractual service agreements, and that all digital integrations are as seamless as possible. Job Summary

Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.

Must be able to commit night shift 7pm to 7am. (Shift Pattern 3/4/4/3). During training period, you will be on day shift 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain machines to meet production output, and other metrics like quality, waste etc.

The Senior Technical Specialist is a highly technical and a strategic role; accountable for working with Microsoft’s Partners to help develop complex end-to-end Microsoft and telecom solutions, and to accelerate and expand technical enablement execution across our Telecom Partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will own technical enablement strategy and engagement; working directly with Microsoft’s Telecom Partners to identify, qualify, architect, and help develop telco grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer/partner facing roles and have demonstrated success leading technical and economic value discussions with senior executives to drive key decisions and implementation. Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the Sales Director assigned on a specific targeted region
• Articulate and present the Microsoft solution highlighting its benefits whilst addressing the specific customer requirements
• Participate in conferences, shows and exhibitions when appropriate and requested
• Identify and opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within the customers organization and ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team

Qualifications
