About the Team
The Technical Service Management team partner with all service owners in the IT organization, integrating the services into the IT technical service management system (including but not limited to processes, tools, quality assurance, etc.) so that they meet or follow the well-established IT global service baseline. The team helps service owners improve their service quality through comprehensive business and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily operation of global audio and video systems
2. Responsible for establishing an application platform operation framework, carrying out operation work around systems/processes/users/efficiency, improving the ease of use and user experience of each system platform, and improving process efficiency
3. Responsible for building operation and system baselines based on compliance and ROI to monitor regional projects and activities
4. Establish platform product data observation indicators and continuously track them, and promote the iterative optimization of the platform to provide data support for product iterations
5. Responsible for establishing a global application platform user communication mechanism, continuously following up user feedback and problem handling, and regularly conducting user training and Q&A, etc.
6. Responsible for the construction and operation of the knowledge base of the application system platform to ensure the accuracy, integrity and ease of use of the information in the knowledge base.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Have completed a Bachelor's degree or above
2. Good communication skills and experience in cross-team collaboration
3. Excellent skills in identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities
4. Above 3 years of operation experience, preferably in technical operations, consulting, business analytics, or custom service areas
5. Above 3 years of internet industry experience, especially in medium or large enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. In-depth understanding of business data analysis and familiarity with the process and standard building and operation
2. In charge of or heavily involved in internal business tools development and deployment, familiar with system operation
3. Strong ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges
4. Has a strong self-driving ability and self management, accept regular cross-region travel due to business requirements.
