Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance/customize Suite/ SugarCRM management platform
• Perform PHP development
• Analyze, develop, design, code and test solutions on Suite/ SugarCRM.
• Ensure the proper operations and administer multiple web applications.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of web applications as assigned.
• Address system bugs and other operational issues
• Liaise with business users and other teams, to do the following:
• Gather requirements and translate those requirements into technical specifications and program code
• Understand, troubleshoot and solution interfaces from Suite/ SugarCRM
• Provide status reporting and improvement recommendations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Information Technology or BS in Computer Sciences
• A minimum of 3 years prior experience Suite/ SugarCRM development along demonstrated Suite/ SugarCRM development
• Experience with the Suite/ SugarCRM platform
• Strong experience in Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, jQuery, javascript
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing and customizing web sites and web applications using Wordpress
• Experience with PHP SOAP web service and API integration with external applications
• Experience in Linux OS, unix command and shell scripts
• Experience in using git repository and git commands
• Demonstrated good verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with excellent follow up and follow thru with limited guidance

Purpose

BIPO is seeking a HRMS Application Consultant. The candidate is responsible for the software implementation for the HRMS Module (Personnel, Leave, Claim, Payroll (Singapore), Attendance, Appraisal, Training, Recruitment).

Responsibilities

· Manages and implements multiple HRMS projects (small to medium and large projects) simultaneously.

· Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, conducting user acceptance test and maintaining quality control.

· Analyses customer requirements, proposes system design, and prepares system demonstration environment and configuration.

· Partners with R&D team internally and with customer externally to design, test, and maintain any necessary integrations, as well as to ensure existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results.

• Possess the followings:Good understanding of Internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, OSFP, ISIS, BGP, MPLS/VPN
