Description You will be supporting the Senior Accountant/Assistant manager in the following:AP Invoices entries (matching PO, GRN to invoices, miscellaneous invoices)AP Process monthly paymentsAP Monthly accrualsReview Sundry Creditors and AP aging reportReview and follow up of vendors Statement Of Accounts and audit confirmationPrepare monthly P&L schedules - GL related entries Verify monthly staff expense claimsAnnual audit - attend to auditors' queriesAny other duties as assigned ProfileDiploma in accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in AP/GL in related field, individuals with over 10 years of experience, seeking for stability and has ability to process voluminous transactions are beneficialIndividual with experience in system migration, adjustment of entries are beneficial Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and computer savvyGood written and communication skillsUse of Epicor systems will be beneficial but not a must Job Offer This is a permanent opportunity that offers great stability and collaborative work environment.
