The successful candidates will join the research programme which represents a collaboration between the United Kingdom and Singapore and will be based at the newly established Imperial Global Singapore (IGS) housed within the unique CREATE campus.

Job Scope:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support servers running on Windows and Linux operating systems.

Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as patching software, updating firmware, and conducting hardware evaluations/upgrades.

Manage user access control by setting up accounts, permissions, and ensuring adherence to company policies regarding data security.

Oversee the administration of internal resources including Active Directory (for Windows) or LDAP (for Linux), file sharing services, and print servers.

Monitor network traffic/server utilization to identify potential issues before they become critical problems; implement performance tuning strategies when necessary.
