Individual to be involved in:

Technical skills and competencies:

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a Nurse who will have to provide nursing-related support for patients at their homes, including but not limited to vaccinations, health-screening and other nursing procedures. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the Manager, Mobile Services (Nursing).

• A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
• Conduct home visits to provide healthcare services including but not limited to vaccinations and health-screening.
• Perform nursing procedures in a home environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patients’ condition and care given.
• Provide accurate evaluation and reports.
• Manage mobile medical services.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

About you

• Minimally a Diploma in Nursing with 3 years of related Nursing experience
• Home nursing experience will be ideal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage the needs of a diverse group of patients.
• Comfortable travelling to patient’s homes for visits. Transportation with a driver will be provided.
• Open to work on some weekday nights, or some weekends with fair remuneration.
• Ability to work independently to complete the assigned tasks, whilst contributing to your department’s targets.
• Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Comfortable with ambiguity

# The position demands natural intellectual curiosity and is a demanding role that typically requires strong communication skills, Able to handle multiple research assignments simultaneously, generating creative research ideas and ability to write clear and concise research notes

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, updating and maintaining company models, company valuation, and industry databases
• Performing regular tasks promptly and providing regular reports to the analyst including analysis of periodically released industry statistics, sector news, etc.
• Handling ad hoc client requests, often to deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Min 5 to 7 years experience
• The ideal candidate will also need to be able to prioritize and work well under pressure, as daily news flow and unplanned projects arise frequently.
