Job Description

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

Key Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. He/she also collaborates and establishes relationships with volunteers, grassroots organisations, and community partners to fulfil MINDS' vision of outreach and serving the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore through the centre's operations. The position reports directly to the Secretary General.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology (IT) Officer supports the IRSG secretariat’s IT infrastructure and is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the IT network, computers, and other digital systems while supporting and enhancing the IRSG's cybersecurity posture.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology Officer is responsible for IT support delivery as well as cyber risk management strategy and planning. (B) SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Within the limits of delegated authority, the software development and information technology Officer is responsible for the following duties:
▪ Day-to-day monitoring, technical support, and planning of all aspects of the IT network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/wireless network).

(E) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An Undergraduate university degree (Minimum of Bachelor degree but preferably a Masters Degree) in computer science, information systems, information technology (with a specialization in software engineering) or a related field is mandatory. Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SANS, GIAC, CEH, etc. will be an added advantage.

A minimum of three years (but preferably five years) of progressively responsible experience in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer information technology systems or related areas is required.

Experience in the administration of IT infrastructure, including network servers, web servers, virtual private networks, firewalls, and wireless services, is required, as is the ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for the design and planning of network communication systems. Strong competence in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting is mandatory.
