Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager

Job Requirements

Duties of Technical Officer:

• Oversee daily maintenance and operations of M&E systems, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans for all systems.
• Supervise contractors and technicians to complete repairs within timelines.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects to enhance M&E systems.
• Review and approve tenant fit-out applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with tenants and vendors.
• Lead and supervise the M&E team to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor utilities consumption and drive sustainability initiatives.

• Relevant M&E experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
