Your key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, the Advanced services engineer will be responsible to -

Incident Management:

• Provide advanced technical support for complex network issues escalated from Level 2 teams.
• Troubleshoot & resolve intricate network problems related to managed network products/services.

Purpose of the Job

To assist the Director and Senior Management in implementing efficient and effective operations and administrative functions of the Family Service Centre. Clinical Leadership

Required qualifications and experience
