1. BROAD FUNCTION

• To plan and support programmes / activities for residents Ren Ci @ Woodlands, manage partners and volunteers, and manage donations to Ren Ci.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Community Engagement Department at corporate HQ to spearhead and expand volunteer base and community engagement through partnership strategies, build relationship with corporations, foundations, schools, groups and individuals.
• Plan, organise and coordinate programmes and activities from internal stakeholders / Departments, partners and volunteers for our Nursing Home (NH) and Senior clients of Care Centre (SCC).
• Develop engagement plan / strategy, and execute the necessary engagement and management of partners and volunteers.
• Provide the necessary administrative and logistical support to the volunteers and partners for the organisation and execution of the programme / activity.
• Take and monitor the attendance of Ren Ci’s volunteers.
• Conduct survey and feedback sessions, if required.
• Support the development of publicity / communication plan and collaterals for Ren Ci @ Woodlands.
• Conduct outreach to potential partners and community groups to seek collaborations and partnership.
• Manage donation and donation-in-kind. All collections received should be properly accounted for and promptly deposited.
• Supervise and manage daily administrative functions.
• Prepare reports, dashboard, statistics and presentation material for internal and external stakeholders
• Organiseor assist in welfare activities as and when necessary
• Drive innovation and work improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by Executive Director

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any Fields but preference in communication or relevant fields
• Able to work on weekends
• Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry or eldercare setting
• Strong leadership and management skill
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Able to adapt and use different software applications
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Good oral and written English
• Good team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in volunteering or volunteer management is preferred.
• Enthusiastic and passion for value-adding to elderly lives and client interaction

Responsibilities:

• Promote Company Products on TikTok:Responsible for promoting the company's application product on the US TikTok platform.
  Select quality cooperative influencers/KOLs to achieve promotional cooperation.
  
• Content Production:Assist in the content production process.
  Collaborate and liaise with influencers/KOLs, writing scripts, creating attention-grabbing content, and scheduling content publishing on TikTok platforms.
  
• Trend Analysis and Recommendations:Keep abreast of emerging trends and make appropriate recommendations for effective promotion and product placement.
  Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to develop ad creatives required for product placement.
  
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Use a data-driven mindset to measure, analyze, and report the traffic performance of TikTok ads.
  Analyze metrics cyclically to determine the output and value of TikTok content. Use data as a critical planning tool to refine strategy and tactics.
  
• Influencer/KOL Relationship Management:Attract, engage, manage, and maintain positive relationships with influencers/KOLs.
  
• Discord Community Management and Development:Manage and develop Discord community engagement.
  Implement strategic initiatives to boost weekly retention on Discord.
  Facilitate and engage in community discussions in Discord channels and group chats, resulting in increased activity levels and improved user satisfaction and retention.

Job Summary

Serve as the overseer of all programmes in Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and Senior Care Centre (SCC). Develop quality standards in key programmes for Senior Services and ensure consistency of programme delivery. Work with key stakeholders and collaborators to provide quality programme for seniors.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Develop a set of core and elective senior centric programmes in AAC and SCC according to guidelines provided by MOH/ Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
2. Implement core and elective programmes
3. Strategize plans to promote programmes to the seniors
4. Engage internal and external stakeholders to develop quality programmes that meet the physical, emotional and mental needs of seniors
5. Support outreach of AAC and SCC
6. Work closely with volunteer and community enagement lead to ensure alignment of programmes with Senior Services
7. Work with funding source in implementation of existing and new programmes and programmes on trial
8. Utilise data analystics to understand effectiveness of programmes across all services and perform regular programme evaluation.
