As an After-sales Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of after-sales services. This includes coordinating with service engineers, preparing quotes for fault calls and repairs, and overseeing perventive maintenance contracts. You will assist with site surveys for minor projects, gather necessary information to aid the sales team in quoting, suggest site requirements for installations, power, and access, and manage distributors for projects won.
