Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Network Specialist to join our implementation team at Hitachi Systems Network Technologies, an Aruba Platinum Partner and ICT systems integrator. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures, with a focus on Aruba wired, wireless, and ClearPass solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage customer network infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Conduct network assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans for network upgrades and optimizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to deliver comprehensive ICT solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network designs, implementation plans, and as-built documentation
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Aruba technologies, solutions, and best practices
Aruba-Specific Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and implementation experience with Aruba wired, wireless, and ClearPass solutions
- Professional certifications in at least two Aruba areas, such as:
- Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)
- Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)
- Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP)
- Proven experience with ArubaOS, AirWave, and other Aruba management tools
General Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience with Aruba solutions
- Proven experience with data migration, network upgrades, and system integration
- Extensive knowledge of network technologies, including:
- Network security (firewalls, VPNs, access control)
- Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Network architecture (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer-facing skills, with experience in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
